If you’re not sure if hebe goes to the area you want, please search this website. And don’t forget – hebe is well-connected, so if your delivery is outside hebe’s reach, we can suggest the best people to use.

Delivery fees

All deliveries incur a delivery charge of $12.95. If you gave the wrong information, causing hebe to re-deliver the order, you will incur a second delivery fee. If it was hebe’s fault, you won’t be charged the extra fee.

Delivery times

Hebe delivers to homes Monday to Saturday between 9am and 7pm, and businesses Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Hebe offers same-day delivery for orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday and 9am on Saturday.

While hebe offers timed deliveries only for funerals, if you have a reasonable request, hebe will do what we can to meet it – just let us know when placing your order.

Funerals today of all days, everything has to be just right. Hebe treats funeral orders with exceptional care, and offers deliveries timed for the start of the funeral. To help things go smoothly, please provide the name of the deceased, name and address of funeral home or location and commencement time.

Hospitals whether it’s a get well greeting or welcoming a new baby, nothing says ‘I’m thinking of you’ like a cheeful bunch of flowers. Before placing your order, bear in mind that:
  • cut flowers are more appropriate than arrangements
  • there may be space restrictions, so choose a practical-sized bunch
  • most hospitals don’t accept floral arrangements that contain soil
  • some hospitals don’t allow deliveries to intensive or special care units.

When placing your order, please provide the name of the recipient (and whether they are staff or a patient), the ward name or number, the name of the hospital and the street address.

Valentines Day one of hebe’s busiest days of the year, timed deliveries aren’t possible. As per normal deliveries, hebe delivers to business addresses up to 5pm and homes up to 7pm. Make sure you place your order early to avoid disappointment.

Mothers’ Day Another busy day for hebe, your gift may be delivered the day before depending on when our couriers are available. We deliver up to 7pm. Please place your order early to avoid disappointment.
